The Huizhou factory is located in the city of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, the PRC. A major city in eastern Guangdong, Huizhou is right at the heart of the Pearl River Delta region where the Xizhi River and East River cross. It has a total area of 15.72 million sq. metre and population of 3.2 million. Deemed the ¨gateway to eastern Guangdong〃, it is also an industrial centre in the East River region home to a great variety of industrial enterprises in businesses including electronic, plastic, precision equipment, textile, pharmaceutical, sugar refinery, food processing and beverage. The adoption of the open door policy in China has seen the economy of Huizhou booming and its telecommunications and transportation provisions perfecting. It has access to the Guangzhou-Meizhou-Shantao Railway and two highways linking it with surrounding major cities including Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shaoguan, Heyuan, Shenzhen and Shanwei. It also serves as direct entry way to Heyuan, Dongguan and Guangzhou. At the northeastern tip of the Pearl River Delta real, Huizhou is about 90 minutes' drive from Hong Kong.
